I specialize in helping couples build equal, intimate and enduring relationships that bring health, joy and meaning to their lives. I provide support and resources to couples wanting to work through a crisis, resolve longstanding issues, or adjust to life changes such as becoming parents or retiring. Some of the most common reasons couples seek my help are: poor communication, infidelity, anger management, loss of intimacy or sexual desire, lack of teamwork in parenting, work and lifestyle stress, depression, anxiety and substance abuse.

I provide marriage counseling, premarital counseling, couples therapy, and a relationship enrichment program for couples in stable marriages. In addition, I provide individual and family therapy for a variety of issues.

My office is private and comfortable, on a quiet street near the ocean in Solana Beach—an easy drive from San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, Carlsbad and other North County communities. You can be assured I will treat you and your loved ones with sensitivity, respect and compassion, regardless of your issues, family status, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation.
